MOKO is a personal health and performance application that brings your wearable, nutrition, training, and lab data together into a single private coaching experience. This policy explains what data MOKO handles, how it is used, and the control you have over it. MOKO is developed and operated by Rich Robison ("we," "us").
MOKO is built so that your health data serves one purpose — powering your own coaching experience. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not run third-party analytics on screens that display your health information. Your data is yours.
Depending on which features you use and which sources you connect, MOKO may process:
Your data is used solely to operate MOKO for you: to display your metrics, compute your scores and trends, and generate personalized coaching and insights. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
When you connect a wearable or health source (for example, Apple Health, Garmin, or Oura), MOKO receives the data types you authorize in order to display and interpret them for you. MOKO reads this data to power your experience; it does not resell it or share it onward. Each provider's own handling of your data is governed by that provider's privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide MOKO to you. When you delete your data or your account, it is removed from MOKO.
MOKO is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required by their local law to consent to processing of health data. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy as MOKO develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
